KSE Tandem pump

i have a kse tandem pump that mounts on the front of the motor , which is alright with me . My problem is i have it hooked up to where my fuel line in the back goes into it and then it comes out of pump into fuel log ( into carb.) then on the back of carb. it has a regulator with a return line and pressure guage . ( Itook the little pill and spring out of the bypass or normal return line on pump and left it capped ) . when car fires up after about 4 seconds carb. starts overloading with fuel and squirting it right out the vent tubei on top. ( i have already checked float levels and set them but it still will do it ) any suggestions ???

the seats are being over powered put the reg. between the pump and the carb. gas only needs 6 to 8 psi max

Sounds like you will need to run a regulator and return line off of the fuel log.
