    Valken wheels

Anyone else have problems mounting/dismounting tires on valken wheels? We have 2 of them that came with our car and we can not get the rear bead to go over the lip under the roll.

Probably gonna have to cut it off, i gave up on one and gave away the wheel and tire! Do your self a favor and sell them for some welds!

they are a real pain you just have to keep working a little at a time to get them broke down, they are cheap rims, I have a few and they will be my last and they are not American made by the way!

go around them a little at a time.. spray some wd-40 between the tire and bead an let it sit a few minutes... then try again...I had that problem a few times with breaking tires off the inner bead and this method worked.. We have 4 of these wheels and they will be sold this winter and buy more welds or keizers

We had some Weld wheels like that, we tried a tire machine and it did nothing, we ended up cutting the old tires off and putting the new on, racing them and then selling it with the tires on.

You are taking them off the short side correct?

Leave a few pounds of air in the tire so you can get more leverage on the sidewall and keep going around the tire a little at a time and it will come off......I have had the same thing happen on my weld wheels.
