we have a 2008 mars masterbuilt and i was wondering what kind of lead would you start off with we currently have a 1 1/2 lead we run on a 1/3 mile and 1/4 mile any info would be great thank you.

We always start square and adjust from there but never ran 1 1/2 we usually run 1/2. 3/4 is the most we have ever ran.

I thought 1-1/2 sounded excessive, but I'm not a Masters guy. I always thought you start square a make adjustment to suit conditions...

Most late models, if you check by the centerline of the chassis with it setup per the setup sheets, are running RR trail.
