LR integra traction shock

We have the double adj integras all the way around on our car with the traction shock on the front of the rear end on the lr. The traction shock currently has 150psi in it, we was wondering what pressure most people were running and how much pressure is to much in the traction shock? Thanks in advance!!

50# on shocks with springs and 150-175 # in LRF, unless your on a rough track. low power cars sometimes benefit from higher ranges in LRF.
