champ pans makes the kits for non beadlock wheels.. Poske sells the vented weld covers.. Those dominator covers only work on the new style weld beadlocks..

does anyone else make non bead lock wheel cover kits for weld wheels

Duralite/Brass Monkey make a good kit that has an aluminum cover with an aluminum mounting rings that fit weld wheels nicely.

I ordered some Aero wheel cover kits that had steel rings, with plastic covers and they don't fit very well at all.
