Budget Full Containment Seats... Ultra Shield or Kirkey

Does anyone have experience with either the Ultra Shield VS Halo or the Kirkey 70 Series?

Both are around $500. I've seen the Ultra Shield personally, but I have never seen the 70 Series Kirkey.

I'd like to hear some opinions on comfort, and construction.
