Gen-X bottom right bar?

When is the right time to use the 14" bottom right bar versus the 16"?
My thoughts would be shorter bar for shorter track but my thinking could be off.

Also, when would you ever use the 18" bottom bar on either side? The holes are there if the plates are removed so obviously they are there for something.

i ran both on the RR 14" and 16" in after thought i do feel like the car was better on a short track with the 14" bar. JMO
