s7 mastersbilt front suspension

We have a 2004 MB smackdown squaretube late model. We are thinking of putting the s7 front suspension on. What all is required? I think it is more than just spindles but I don't know for sure. Also, anyone have opinions for or against doing this? If we do this, will there be changes to the car setup needed to compliment the s7 front end? Any and all info appreciated.

longer right lower a-frame, different rf upper, longer tie rod tubes, lf is the same, also ride heights are 3.5 inches. can get you the specs as I went to Mstersbilt seminar, just pm me and I will get them to you, can tell you we have them on our 05, 08 andd 11 cars and it helped quite a bit.
