need some shock and spring info 03 rocket

I need a idea of what valving shocks. Pound springs. Front rear 5th arm. For 3/8 track fairly tight corners not heavy but good bite track. Thanks

You will need to give your spindle type and engine type and tire type. There are differences in aluminum engines and steel engines.
