Brake rotors

What would cause the rear brake rotors to wear out on the inside twice as fast as the out side ?
Calipers seem to be working ok not sticking and all four pistons our working.

Maybe a plugged cross over tube, or air on the outside? Take the caliper off and raise it up as high as you can and bleed again.
