I have a set of intercomp electric scales . thay are working good . Getting same weight on each scale when checked , but here is the problem :::::: My scales are on real nice pads that hold them about a foot and a half off ground , with a roll off on front to roll car forward zero out and roll back to re scale .when rolling back sometimes the numbers change and car has to be rolled ahead a couplr times in order to get the same weight . it seems as tho they bind up and the moving around the spring loose and numbers start matching again.. any ideas ??????

Do you have the LR axle pulled when you are scaling? It can cause binding that can give false readings due to side load. -
I always shake a car by holding onto the roll cage and let it settle on the scales. If you shake t the same way every time you will repeat weights better.

Try pushing the car down at front and rear. Don't bounce it just push down and let the springs bring it back up.Shocks by BGR armyComment

To much compression or rebound can effect the scale numbers by holding the car in a unrelaxed position after you shake or pull down or however you choose to settle the suspension.Comment

On a double adjustable shock I take both to their minimum so it's effect is minimalComment

Also the front end can get held up and give you incorrect readings. Take some door skirt plastic and put two pieces under each tire.Comment

Single Load Cells Vs Double makes a difference too. Single Load cells are super sensitive to exact car placement each time I throw them off a cliffComment
