Hooiser tire comparisons

Can someone tell me the differences in rubber and hardness of the open competition tires vs UMP tires vs Lucas RR tires.

Example
Is a 10 closer to a 1100 or 1200

Middle of the two according to Hoosier web site. If you check there site they have a compound chart comparison to all their brand of tires.
