2011 blue front end rocket

I have a 2011 blue front end rocket with gray spindles and I'm thinking on having it updated to a 2014 clip with gray spindles Is there any difference in the clips other than raise cross member? Will it take the same gray spindle or is there a newer one or different engine placement?

Is a blue/gray rocket basically a blue rocket with gray spindles? What type of track/conditions/driving style is this type of car suited for?
