Wheel covers

Does anyone know who makes the new style weld wheel cover in black metal

If it's what I'm thinking of, Weld makes them. I've bought some through Performance Bodies...unless there's been a design change I'm unaware of.

I like the plastic ones that AllStar makes. Way cheaper and if you take a wheel hit it's going to destroy or at least distort beyond use either one. So I consider this almost a disposable part. So I go with cheaper is better here.
