Did you make sure it kept birdcage clocked the same so you didn't lose wedge on scales?Originally posted by jsw444 View Posttried this change.....driver hated it car was extremely loose.......gonna try something different next week.....thanks for the help.....Modern Day Spec Wedge Racing

As MasterSbilt pointed out, you most likely added static steer to the car and reduced the static LR bite if you just moved the bar down without rechecking anything. Since the LRL bar was moved down on the cage (the farther you moved it the more off it will be) the raduised holes in the frame will now be off and basically pull the bottom of the cage forward adding static steer and lose static LR bite.Originally posted by MasterSbilt_Racer View PostDid you make sure it kept birdcage clocked the same so you didn't lose wedge on scales?

Adjust your bottom bar to regain weight. Then all should be OK.Originally posted by jsw444 View Postthanks guys..thats exactly what happened.....lost bite .......so if im understanding this right when we lower bar on cage we need to change length of bars to get birdcage back to beginning so the bite remains the same???? thanks againModern Day Spec Wedge Racing
