    Jbar

I noticed on my 2011 Mastersbilt Gen X, the jbar is 18 1/2 inches c to c. Seems awful short, seems like if I move it back on bracket it will be 21 like MB calls for. Does anyone have opinion on the 18" jbar stuff or should i make it 21"??

It will react a lot faster being it's shorter. A lot of the tracks around here are mostly 1/4 mile, semi banked, and pretty tight corners. It worked great for us most of the time. I wouldn't recommend it at a place like Batesville. That is a place we tried it once but ONLY once. lol

I tried the short bar a couple times on my Smackdown but didn't like it. I didn't spend much time trying to get the whole package to work, so I just stick with the longer bar (seems more consistent).

I bent the short bar an put a longer one on, it made my entry very tight. I went back to the short bar, a world of difference.
