GM had a hiccup with the much relied upon 405442 fan early in 2016 where the WRONG fan was boxed and shipped in the 405442 packaging!
Shelves have been cleared of the incorrect fan to the best of everyone’s knowledge.
Still, purchasers should be aware of the possibility of receiving the ‘wrong’ fan blade.
The incorrect fan will have substantially less pitch—and will not have the part # (405442) stamped on the front.
Race-1 has just received a shipment of the correct GM 19†fan blade. All of them have been unboxed, checked and verified to be the original #405442
