best legal shock

hey all, thanks in advance - here's my question we are looking to get into a different shock package and i'd like to know what you guys are seeing as a decent brand of shock. our rules mandate a stock mounting location, SEALED, non-adjustable, non-rebuildable shock. we have so far used the pro shocks and afcos, mainly because of price. we have been looking to change to a QA-1 or a Bilstien, but i wanted your input. figured there may be something out there us cali boys may not know about.thanks again3200# nova
