Driveshaft question

We are piecing together a 1981 Malibu Hobby Stock that came without a driveshaft. What length one will I need with the engine in stock location using the 7.5" rear with a Powerglide transmission? Need to know in case I stumble across one that will work before we get to that point in the mocking up step and can do an actual measurement. Thanks in advance!

need to upgrade the rear end. I don't believe those 7.5 axles are not strong enough for oval track racing.

if you try it, make sure you do the c-clip eliminators on the axles . that is the weakest point
