Rolling stands in shop

So it’s more of a general inquiry...

Has anyone ever taken the 4 wheel dollys you can put the tires on to move a car around a shop and welded a jack stand to them to put the car frame on instead, like a chassis dolly?

I wonder if the car would move on the stands too much or be ok?

I don't feel like that would be a wide enough base to be stable
