master cylinder

have a street stock that wont stop when i bought the car they had a ford master cylinder on it so i left it. would like to know what master cyl i should use? my pedal lenth is almost 14inch. 2 inches down from that is the rod. would think i would have enough leverage.

Check the part number. I use an aluminum ford pickup 1 inch bore master cylinder. Works for me.

i bought a 1977 nova manual cylinder for my 1980 camaro threw away the booster and mounted up the nove cylinder and i have good breaks.
