need weight setup help on old camaro limited late model car

im wanting to set this car up as light as possable and to handle good. im going to run it on a 1/4 mile slight bank dry slick dirt track. here is my weight and precetages. this is with a full tank of fuel with no driver.

How heavy is the driver?
How far back is the driver.
Bite is too high also.
What tires?
What engine? 602 crate or 430cid?
What springs?

If thats without driver that looks good to me.

I run 200 bite and have 48 rear with no driver in the car with the fuel left in the tank from the last feature...
