tips for building factory stock camaro?

Hey guys new to this kind of car and have a bunch of questions. Rules are what I think pretty strict. factory floors front to rear, 360 cubic inch, factory intakes (no holleys), g-60 tires, torque converter or 10.5 clutch, stock driver location, stock brake pedals with no mods, no added weight, 3 degrees of pinion angle and suspension has to be in stock mounts.

I have a mid 70's camaro already caged and gutted as much as possible. Was wondering about spring selection, shocks, steering box etc.

Track is 3/8's medium banking, dry slick and dusty by end of heats. Thanks for any help you can provide.
