Mid plate if allowed with rubber mount tho some let it hang otherwise I'd use a polyurethane also be sure dowels are plenty long and I use lock tite Just for ins jmomy daughter my sailor my hero the next greatest generation is our men and women now in harms way Pray for them

Steel mount, reason why is if you run a rubber tranny mount with solid motor mounts, your tranny will have a "spaghetti" like effect, therefore cracking your bellhousing or tail shaft.

rubber or poly,..if go solid then there be no way it can flex with chassis an sumptin gotta give! plus rubber an poly will give an separate if you wad it up...white trash motorsports
