does ump allow fabricated floor pan or not,the rules are hard to construe, or is the track that id like to race at making there own rules and using the ump name

You can have fabricated floorboards and Firewall the same thickness as stock. What track you running at?

i was told no fab floor pans so no imca cars can make the changes to run

Tri-City is not UMP Street Stocks. They are the Pure Stock type. So there, you cannot have fabricated floor boards.
