Using Oxygenated Race Fuels in a Street Stock?

If it is possible, has anybody used oxygenated(crate late model) racing fuel in a Street Stock with a Holley 4412 2-barrel carb, and if so, what results have you seen? Just trying to find ways to get all the extra power I can.

maybe somebody knows something diffrent, but the cost could get out of hand pretty quick, the only oxy fuels that i know of that will give a significant diffrence in power going to be up around $ 15 or better per gallon.

Oxygenated fuel

We used VP CHP in ours a couple years ago until track said we weren't allowed to. It was like $12 a gallon at the time not sure what it is now. I believe we ended up going 2 jet sizes bigger but that was on a 4 barrel (3310). If it's not allowed at your track it'll be hard to disguise because of the smell. As far as performance goes our driver said he noticed a difference, it must help because alot of crate lates at our track run it. Just my experience.

Track rules on fuel for most tracks I run at just say "Unleaded or Racing Gas, No Methanol" I have been using VP Late Model Plus, but I have just been considering using VP CHP for a little extra "oomph". I have a Willy's Carb, and I have heard last night that a guy shipped his carb back to Willy's and said that he will be using Oxygenated fuel and they set it up and dyno'ed it for him. May be worth a try for next season. I also think that VP113 is slightly oxygenated, so it may help a little bit for less of a dent in my wallet.

vp chp is worth 10hp 10tq and vp113 is 8hp 8tq over 110 on our 10.5 to 1 360's with a 500 holley. its not legal for use to use but some guys run it anyway. very easy to smell who is running it.

Hmm.. interesting info. Any extra HP or Torque on a heavy track can make a BIG difference. Do you have any idea on the prices of CHP per gallon and 113 per gallon?
