86 Monte Carlo street/hobby stock suspension help???

I have a 86 Monte Carlo street/hobby stock with 350 engine. Car is all pretty stock now but i will be changing the factory GM rear end and putting in a Ford 9' rear end with panhard bar and putting tubelar upper control arms on the front with jack bolts on all 4 cornres. My question is what springs and spring rates and shock combo would be a good starting point to start with? Need info for front shocks and springs, and rear shocks and springs. Car runs American Racer and Hoosier tires with 15x8 and 15x10 steel wheels.

Is this a straight 3 link or 4 link rear suspension? Not the stock control arm mounts?

It will be a 3 link without the stock control arm mounts.
