Malibu vs. Impala

Wondering what would be the difference between a 73-77 Malibu (112" WB) and a 80's Impala (116" WB).
I've only raced for a few years and I'll I've had is the Malibu, but thinking of getting an Impala.
1/4 mile dirt, med - high banking

The longer wheelbase will slow the reaction time of the car. Also the malibu is a narrower chassis which in turn has more body roll. Which is better is more a matter of driving style and track characteristics. Also a car is only as good as its setup and driver can carry it. Its all chemistry: the car to the setup to the driver to the track to the rules package.
