What gear do you guys run at Macon Fairbury and Farmer City in the Sportsmans. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks

We always run a 7.00 at FALS and Farmer.

Macon 716 or 733...farmer is 683 or 700...best bet is find a good all around gear for those 2 tracks and that would be a 700 or 716.Comment

Macon-9:00.....Really! But these are SS numbers. The sportsman numbers will be a little different.Comment

When I ran my sportsman, I used:
Macon: 7.00, sometimes 7.33.
Farmer City: 6.50 - 6.83 (changed depending on track conditions)
and Fairbury would be about the same as Farmer City with a sportsman.
I only ran 7500 rpm tops though, I know some guys that run 7.00's at FC and Fairbury and wind 8000+ rpm.#72W U.M.P Stock CarComment
