running a Holley 4412 carb buddy of mine thinks going to a 2 bl Jr would help over a 4 bl victor Jr anyone have any input on this

We tryed them all with a 4412 and found the most HP on the Dyno with a Edelbrock 2925 Super Victor and a 1" tapered spacer, but that was our engine and cam combination. We turned high R's, so it depends on your engine combo.
