    pinion angle?

i've read a lot about pinion angle to the point i have myself confused on how to measure it. i put and angle finder on the bottom of my driveshaft down by the rearend. it was 6 degrees on the left side of 0. then i put the angle finder on the face of the yoke on the rearend. it was 3 degrees to the right of 0. can anyone tell me what my pinion angle is and how you find it? thanks

So you just add the 2 together even if ones positive and ones negative?

I measured from the driver side so it would be negative correct? Whats a good pinion angle to run? 7?

          3 or 4 for a metric
          6 for a leaf car

Double checked everythin with my ride heights set. I only had 1 degree o the face of my yoke. I got it up to 4. I was havin trouble with forward bite. Think this will fix my problem? Thanks
