The track is 3/8 mile with long turns. The car does not change very much at all, it is only tight going in when he drives it into the turns a little deeper. He likes driving deep into the turns but cannot. He can get back on the gas quicker than most of the other cars and that helps him pull them off the turns plus running a little lower gear than most. I understand most are running either a 6:20 or a 6:33, we have a 6:50. Car has a 3 wheel brake setup in it but we are not allowed to use that, that would help it to turn. He told me that if he drives a little deeper into the turn, when he hits the gas, he can feel the car bite and go but would like to get ride of that slight push can dominate the class.

Like I suspected a tight car. This makes for inconsistent times and a guessing game on what the car will do. Free the car up some and give the driver more confidence. There is nothing worse than a driver with doubt or lack of confidence in their equipment.
