What spring rates should i run.?

I have a 85 Monte Carlo. Stock mounts. Ford 9 rear. 3400 lb. Track is about 12 degree banking 1/4 mile. Car is hobby stock. Stock upper contol arms .

LF - 1000 RF - 1000
LR - 225 RR - 200

On this small of a track, this is a little softer on the RF but you might need it to get the car to roll over.

I personally would put lf, 950 rf 900 and 200 across the rear, a little split for getting off the gas to help the turn in and not loose so much side bite on the RR and 200 in the rear for off the corner transfer to the rear wheels. Traction is king in the bull ring.

This is where you should be as this is a 3400lb car. LF900, RF1000, RR225, LR275
