Camaro Setup Help

I recently purchased a Camaro Street Stock and am looking for some basic setup help. I have a set of scales but don't have much knowledge setting up cars. I would be interested in ride heights (where to measure from), where to put weight on the car, how to adjust car to move weight around (percentages), etc. I would also be interested in some basic suggestions to tighten and loosen the car up. I will be running primarily on 1/4 mile tracks. UMP rules - 3200 lb weight limit, steel motor on gas with holly 500 carb.Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

What are you starting out with for spring rates?

It has a Landrum 225 on LR and 200 on RR. I need to check on front springs.
