    power steering pump pressures

I have a sweet pump and a 2-1 quickener that has a lag time and increased effert when cleaning tires off for restart . would i need to increase pump pressure or decrease it .would that be thru a specific valve or fitting on the box

Pull the pressure outlet fitting from the pump (pump to box line) and make sure the hole inside will accept a 3/16 drill bit to start with. Some are smaller than that and restrict flow.

A couple things come to mind: What is the "T" bar valving in your steering box? When you run a 2-1 quickner you have to run a lighter T bar valving. Second, what pulley setup are you running? I.E. size of crank pulley and size of power steering pulley?
