brake caliper question

I'm looking for a brake caliper with a small bore diameter that will fit camaro spindles. Currently I have 2.8" bore calipers. Is there a stock caliper that will get me closer to a metric piston bore size?

you can get adapters that bolt to the spindles to use metric calipers

I was trying to stay away from the adapter bracket. What spindles have the same caliper bolt pattern as the camaro?
