panhart bar adjustments

I mau have asked this question before but am not sure. We have to run our panhart bar mounted to the right side of the frame, metric chassis. The bar has to be behind the rear end and cannot be less than 28" from centet to center of the mounts. What effect does it have in raising or lowering where it is mounted on the rear end? This is a 3 link setup.
