Where on the rear end is it best to have the springs located ? As close to the tire you can or in board closer to the frame ? Reason why im asking is i have a clip car set up as a 3 link and the springs are located inside of the frame rails both on top. The car seems very un-predictable. THX

Lighter springs mounted outboard would be the more consistent than heavier springs mounted inboard.

The previous owner of this car said he tried every thing to make it handle. The one thing i thought was to get the springs as close to the wheels as possible. Pan hard bar, 3 link, Lots of froward traction but never know what it's going to be like from one week to the next thru the corners. Thanks for the responses.
