Three link spring setup

Question for all the suspension gurus ... I have the option of running 2 RR springs ... One on top of the housing and one in front of the housing ... If I put a 100 lb spring in front and 125 lb on top would it act as a 225 lb spring ... If I set it up like this what's the thoughts on the effect for forward bite

Are you allowed a torque link like a pull bar?
