Can ashpalt car be converted to a dirt car

Can street stock cars that was setup up for asphalt be ran on dirt tracks. Is there a lot of difference fair as suspension.

#1 yes... #2 no... most guys will ditch the front sway bar. You'll need the right springs and shocks... and the correct weight percentages.
