carb help

just bought a holley 750 ultra for our 421 it came with 76 jets in front and rear i put in it what was in our other carb which was 78 in prim and 80 in sec.when i rev the engine it studders a little before picking up just wondering if anyone knows if i am close on jets and will jets cause this problem.

Does it have power valves?
With a pv I would go back to stock jetting from holley for a baseline

yes it has pv's

Go back to stock jets to start from. There is alot more to fuel curve than just the jets. Air bleeds. Power valves. Etc

Sounds like the squirters are too big too.
