Building a pinto for a youngster. Where can I find a long throwout bearing for a 2.3 with pinto bellhousing and Pinto 4 speed. What exactly do I need?zoom clutch assembly, 16 lb flywheel, stock appearing pressure plate. stock bearing too short.
I think some use a an older model 6 cyl truck bearing. When I ran the 2.0, I welded the sleeve from another bearing to it. I ran them for 8 years that way & never had an issue.
