tfi wiring

I know this question must be asked a lot. Sorry about that. I am resurrecting an old car and the wiring is a complete start over. I am using a tfi distributor, and has seen posts saying to use the top three wires from the module, and the ACE site diagram says to use the bottom three wires. Which is correct. The color of the wires would be helpful also.

Use the bottom three. Red Black. Green

Red= Hot
Green= Tach
Black= Ground
