Cam set up

Having a little trouble getting the same reading doing the one turn deal. I do realize it could be that I am not completely at the exact same angle when it rolls to TDC. Rolled it three times and I get about 3 thousandths difference each time. Is this normal? Could it be our dial indicator? Any ideas?
