my tranny has 2.56 second gear if i go to a 2.10 second gear what will the rpm,s drop thank you

Depends if you are running in 2nd gear or not. Lol

Calculate the final ratio.

Trans gear ratio times rearend gear ratio equals final gear ratio.

divide engine rpm by old final gear ratio to get axle rpm.

multiply axle rpm times new final gear ratio to get new engine rpm.

That's keeping speeds the same.
