Need help please

i have a bad miss i cant seem to get rid of. ive change distributor twice, cap and rotor. i changed plug and still misses. plugs 1 and 4 look good, 2 and 3 fouled badly. any help would be greatly appreciated.

oh im running efi intake with holley 4412 carb with 70 jets if this matters

get rid ov that intake and just use a d4 intake

do a leak down test on all cyl!or if u cant do that try compression check and see where ur at ! might have bent valves bad seats or rings going! if thats good check carb on barrell may be acting up!
