    Can't find my old notes on the following:

    Need fluid capacity of rear end-8"
    Torque specs on pumpkin-8"

    Fluid capacity of 7.5" diff.

    fill it until the oil is to the bottom of the fill hole. about 2qts

          i use about 1.25 quarts in the 7.5...8" im really not sure about.
          No matter how hard you try...you cant fix stupid!!!

              Fill it to the original Ford level with a good quality oil and it's good.

                Idk if it was me, i'd buy some gear lube and fill until it was at the bottom of the fill hole. If i came up short i'd buy more if i bought too much i'd put the left overs on the shelf so i'd have it on hand.

                    If you donot have the rear end modified to keep all the oil in the center during hard cornering, then overfill it at a minimum of 1/2 quart. We modify all of our housings to keep the oil in the center.

                      i use good old 20/50 oil in mine fill it till she poor out and than add a touch more. change it at half way through the season no problems same gears 4 years.
