cam help

does any one coustom cam on here i need one for a head that has been milled all the way to the bolt hole i beleive it is like 160 it has 202 intake with a 192 exhaust that are a 100th longer the engine is a 5.7 roded 2300 light weight cranck bored 40 and decked like .10 i need a really good hyd camshaft

bs aint no way to cram 202 intakeeand 192 exh in any 2300 head. and ya we all coustom cam on here.
