springs and shocks

doesa anyone know what spring rates and spring lengths i should be runnin on a mustang mini stock.. dirt 3/8 mid to high bank.. no rules on ride heights or anything like that.. i wanna get shocks and springs from afco..

I just did one. I used "Mustang Setup" & "Mustang Springs". I saw lots of posts concerning this very topic. Have fun. Lots of reading on this WONDERFUL site.

All I can say is scale your car and if you can use shims or weight jacks as per your rules.... start with replacing your rf and go from there

If you want to use AFCO stuff then just call them direct. Many of the suspension people already have baseline set up information on hand. Just know what track and have a set of rules available before you call in case they have any questions.
