Strut & spring combination

What strut \ spring combo should i run........85 mustang...4/10 mile high banked track........i don't know whats the best suspension parts to put under the car....thank!

on the left front i run an monroe stock replacement strut for the 4 cyl cars with a 550 lbs spring. On the right front a lakewood 70/30 drag strut with a 600 lbs spring

NAPA 94079 shocks, 150# RR spring, 200# LR spring, (11" tall springs).

On the rear i run 200 LR, on the RR a 150 with pro 3 way adjustable shocks

I always ran a 550 LF 600 rf and Monroe stock replacement struts for a v8 stang. On back I ran 9 inch 3 valve Afcos and 150 lb 11 inch rr spring and 13 inch 125 lb lr spring. Won 52 features in 5 years in a pro4 type mini class with this setup.
